1316 Estancia Real Road in the Picacho Mountain Subdivision.
This home was completed in 2008 for a Doug Martin.. Doug has since moved to Phoenix and the home was purchased by a wonderful couptle from New York State. We constructed an addition complete with an atrium with a fountain with a spanish tile sidewalk connecting it to the new bedroom suite. This project also features a negative edge pool that drops off into the valley view and the Organ Mountains as the backdrop.
