4400 Organ Mesa Loop in Organ Mesa Ranch Subdivision Phase II
for David Field and Jan Peverly.  David and Jan were full of enthusiasm and  open to our creative suggestions.   This home is a hacienda/pueblo style with a wrap around porch and an unbelievable front courtyard that is wrapped with a serpentine adobe wall.  This home also boasts R50 plus insulation in all of the ceilings.  All of the vigas and beams were sustainably harvested and taken from dead stand trees killed in a forest fire.  It has a solar venting system in the garage and a grey water system. It also has an underground wine cellar. This home is on a wonderful lot that is buffered by two large arroyos and has a spectacular view of the Organ Mountains from the front porch.  A nice place to sit and enjoy the bounty from the wine cellar.
